If you select service with a frequency (weekly, every two weeks, monthly), your helper will always be the same. In all the other cases, we will send professional helpers, all experienced and reliable.

At the moment, you can book a session 72 hours in advance.

How do I make a booking?

Booking is very easy:

  • Start entering your location.
  • Choose the service required.
  • Pay online securely.
  • A confirmation will be sent to you with all helper’s details.

How do I cancel a booking?

If you want to cancel the service, please contact us.

You can cancel a booking in less than 48 hours but a 3 hours rate cancellation fee will be applied.

How far ahead can I book?

You can book 72 h in advance.

Are all helpers legal?

We only hire helpers who are eligible for work and legal in Switzerland.

Who is the employer of the helpers?

MeRAKKI is the employer of the helpers, not the client.

How many hours should I book?

The number of hours is recommended to you automatically according to the service you select. However, you are always free to add or remove extras. In case you select fewer hours than we recommend, we may not be able to finish the job completely.

How does the pricing work?

Prices displayed are for one session and are based on a number of hours – minimum 3 hours – multiplied by the hourly price. Your price includes everything from the cleaning service to the payment of social insurances and declaration service.

Do I need to stay at home for my booking?

No, you do not need to stay at home while the helper is there. Feel free to be at home when your helper is coming or doing the job. You select the way your helper will get the key by mentioning this at the end of your booking process.

Can I make special instructions?

Yes, you can make special instructions and customize your service any way you want. During the booking process, you can enter your special requests.
